My offer: supporting true transformation

As a personal coach, I offer support for everyone who wants to lead their own transformational process and is committed to walk their path towards their true self.

I have been supporting organizations and individuals as a coach for many years now, mostly in a business context. In my own process of deepening my expertise in faciliating transformational processes in the last years, I realized that supporting people in their personal transformation is the most impactful and direct support I can provide.

My experience with people and transformation

I was born into a big family with many diverse backgrounds and people. All my grandparents have more than 200 descendants in total. I am deeply familiar with all kinds of people, complex family structures, unconventional situations and people.

I am fascinated by humans and their uniqueness in who they are and how they experience life. Everyone has their own approach to life as well and some approaches couldn't be more different from each other. It took me a long time to find a belonging to this world. Accepting both my uniqueness on one hand and the commonalities we all share through our uniqueness on the other hand was deeply healing.

Since I was a small kid, I've always carefully observed everything that happened around me, with my big, curious eyes and all my senses. Life around us offers much information to be perceived and I loved to sharpen my senses and practiced perceiving what is, rather than what my projections are.

Over the years, I learned to turn my perception inwards. Today I realize that my inner universe is directly connected to my outer one. Turning inwards and focusing my attention on acknowledging and healing my traumas through introspection and feeling my feelings is the most impactful decision I made in my life.

And it transformed all aspects of my life completely.

My background as a coach

In 2021, I received my certification as a Systemic and Integral Coach from UChange Academy.

I expanded my skills to support transformational processes UChange Academy: in early 2023 I finished my certification as an Expert for Transformation and Dynamics and since summer 2023 I am also a certified Constellation Faciliator.
